Duties and Responsibilities: Data encoding of the movement of the products in the inventory management software system (Quickbooks), and maintenance of Excel files for accounting inventory controls. Act as point of contact for customers for sales inquiries Responsible for monitoring the inventory of stocks inside the warehouse. Prepare documentation of incoming and outgoing of stock. Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly inventory reports and sales performance. Undertake inventory audits, accurately reconcile physical inventories, and prepare analysis report for discrepancy and irregularities.
Qualifications: Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor / College Degree in accounting , Accountancy.
Requirements: 3-5 years inventory control/inventory reconciliation and accounting experience Computer literate with in-depth knowledge of Excel and Outlook applications. Exposure to Quickbooks an asset. Sharp attention to details and solid math skills. Strong organizational, prioritizing and multi-tasking skills. Flexible, excellent communicator , energetic, independant Required Filipino and English Applicant must be willing to work Monday to Saturday in Balut, Tondo
