Our company has been in the business for the past 17 years and is a market leader in this industry.Given the growth our business is experiencing, we are currently looking to have qualified and motivated individuals join our team in both Technical Sales and Operations/Admin roles. We are also open to discussing about opportunities for internships and/or OJTs for interested students. Duties and Responsibilities: 1) Support a team of Sales Engineers and Sales Representatives in the day to day operations of the business.2) Communicate with clients via e-mail or phone to ensure coordination and follow up on orders and deliveries.3) Monitor shipments to ensure the timely delivery of goods from suppliers to clients.4) Maintain and provide senior management with metrics and reports on Sales performance and participate in the review of client accounts5) Assist in inputting client purchases and receipts into the system and in analyzing the product flow to ensure proper allocation and delivery of parts to customer.6) Maintain all paperwork and filing of necessary documents; assist in the recording of inventory in the absence of inventory personnel.

Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields- Good communication skills – both verbal and written in English- Ability to work effectively in a team setting- Prior work experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication would be an asset
