The E-Recruitment Web Site Coordinator’s job is to ensure that the E-Recruitment Website is successful in attracting job applicants and increasing concurrent users traffic in the world wide web through designing, managing and implementing internet marketing activities, content and initiatives
Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications: College graduate In Marketing, Business Management, Mass Communication or any course that involves Digital Marketing/Promotion At least 2 years of marketing, advertising, PR or customer relations experience At least 1 year of internet/digital marketing experience (portfolio should be shown) Abreast in digital marketing trends, and in the Target Audience’s digital behavior Has extensive knowledge in the different social media sites for penetration and maximization Acquired knowledge in Marketing Communications in the call center, technology, communications or in other related industries Must be knowledgeable in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) In-depth understanding of digital marketing and advertising concepts Fluency in written and spoken English Very high level of business writing skill with experience of writing documents for a variety of audiences Computer skills required (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.) Experience on print/imaging/editing software applications such as, but not limited to, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat reader, etc., preferred Experience in organizing large-scale events preferred (if necessary)
