Duties and Responsibilities: Carry out external billing activities for Hong Kong Head Office with supporting documents and in compliance with contractual billing terms Collaborate and follow up with different finance team members and business stakeholders for invoice preparation Daily data entry work for up-to-date project status Maintain a good filing of billing documents Filing and other administrative duties Ad-hoc tasks
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Finance or equivalent 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience Working experience in MNC shared service center is an advantage Experience in Oracle or SAP is preferred but not a must Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel) Must be able to communicate well in English Good interpersonal and communication skills Benefits Competitive salary packageIncentives, bonuses and allowancesHealth insurance
