Duties and Responsibilities: Inputs all Accounts Payable data into the computer Vouchers all incoming supplier invoices for payment processing Assists the Collections specialist in preparing Statement of Accounts of clients as needed Creates checks for payment to suppliers and ensures that appropriate copies are maintained and filed according to departmental guidelines Ensures that customer invoices are properly filed Additional tasks includes answering the phone and making phone calls to suppliers
Qualifications: Female, 24 – 30 years old Single Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Commerce, Mathematics or equivalent. Required language(s)- English, Filipino Must be computer literate and possess knowledge in basic computer programs such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, accounting software, etc. Must be motivated, willing to learn and able to work with minimal supervision At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work in Binondo, Manila. Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
