Duties and Responsibilities: • Assist in locating and notifying clients of delinquent accounts by telephone and email • Provide Customer Service Regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments. Resolve client discrepancies and short payments. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts – customer calls, accounts adjustments, small balance write off, customers reconciliations and processing credit memos. • Enlist the efforts of sales and management when necessary to accelerate the collection process. • Receive Payments and post amounts paid to clients’ accounts • Negotiate Credit Extensions when necessary • Receive and Verify Invoices and requisitions for Services • Verify Transactions comply with financial policies and procedures • Maintain Listing of Accounts Receivable and Payable • Generate and send out invoices • Record all checks and manage weekly check run • Assist the Controller in the daily banking requirements • Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department • Preparing monthly reports on collection efforts. Any other tasks that may be assigned at any given time by the Managing Director, Executive Vice President, and President.

Qualifications: Graduate of a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Financial Management Has a good grasp of the English language Must be proficient in computer applications Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to work with minimal supervision Experience with QuickBooks or other large automated accounting system a plus. Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Access and Word. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal, and customer service skills required. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required. Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment Willing to be assigned in Quezon City
