  • Organize Partner’s/Associate’s calendar of appointments, meetings,  and other business schedules
  • Answer/place calls of lawyers ,  relay message to concerned parties
  • Arrange for meeting venues and related requirements
  • Records management
  • Prepare, print, photocopy, collate or bind  legal documents, reports, etc. and arrange for prompt delivery to clients, government agencies, other recipients
  • Transcribe documents and reports when necessary
  • Receive visitors and arrange for coffee service
  • Other administrative and office management tasks

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s/College degree from a reputable school preferably in Office Administration, Legal Management, Mass Communication, Computer Science or related field
  • Excellent oral and written  communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office  (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Can work well under pressure, with minimum supervision and willing to work long hours
  • Must be assertive, self-starter and able to take directions well
  • Some exposure or experience as a legal secretary will be an advantage
  • Willing to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
