Duties and Responsibilities:

  •  Identify high-value potential clients from provided lists and market research;
  •  Perform inbound and outbound cold calls to potential customers and present the promotion of the client with the objective of scheduling them to attend a presentation;
  •  Listen to and understand the clients’ needs, provide appropriate assistance and information;
  •  Perform customer database tracking activities.

Qualifications:

  •  Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  •  At least 18 years old; High school diploma is required, Bachelor degree preferred;
  •  Willing to develop career in telemarketing, customer service, business development;
  •  Good communication skills in English;
  •  Proficiency with Windows, MS Office, and Internet Explorer required
