Duties and Responsibilities: Create and execute a sales strategy with agreed client accounts, maintaining a high level of contact with defined timelines and deliverables in order to help define and execute the company’s client engagement strategy. May need to assist Operations associates at times Generate new revenue opportunities within agreed target markets, maintaining a high percentage of gross margin Ensure a high standard of conduct, leadership, and service as a Sales Professional, in such a way that it results in complete client satisfaction at all times Create and execute a sales plan, keep it up to date, and meet the objectives set Continually manage a sales pipeline that is at least 5x the individual total annual target Provide leadership, mentoring and advice to other members of the sales team

Qualifications: May be a graduate of a 4-year or a 2-year course; with at least 2 years of work experience in a related field. Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Proficiency in graphic design programs (Photoshop, Illustrator) a plus. Must have excellent problem solving skills, strong analytical and planning skills, and good communication and presentation skills. Must be excellent in verbal and written communication, strong organizational and follow up skills, above average laptop computer skills. Preferably female; Must have a positive working attitude and pleasing personality, is honest, creative and can work under pressure. Must be a teamplayer, willing to travel and work overtime when necessary
