Description: The Sales and Marketing Department is created to develop and carryout sales and marketing activities,and strategies in order to achieve sales volume target of Orico Auto Finance Philippines Inc. (OAFP).The Sales and Marketing Specialist is responsible in encoding, documenting and filing of client’sinformation.The Sales and Marketing Specialist is also in charge of assisting sales account officers on documentation,sales updates and reports.

Duties and Responsibilities: Account Information Management - For Clients Encode and file clients information on database Print all documents submitted by clients and put it on file (make a folder for Credit Team) Forward files to Collections Department Make transmittal for all active accounts Update the status of accounts in transmittal everyday Follow up on sales account officers if there are pending requirements from clients Account Information Management - For Accredited Dealers and Agents Collection of all signed Memorandum of Agreements and documents needed from accredited dealers and agents Encode all details of accredited dealers and agents and put it on file (make a folder) Prepare documents that need to be signed by Managers, Director and President Reporting Prepare everyday reports regarding Daily Sales of Account Officers Gather information from Account Officers to update transmittal by 5PM everyday Send the report to Sales & Marketing Manager and Director by 10AM everyday Administrative Task Manage files and supplies for Sales and Marketing Department Organize folders of clients, accredited dealers and agents daily Collate all requests for office supplies from Account Officers on a monthly basis Assist walk-in clients, accredited dealers, agents, business partners and suppliers on their business related concern Temporary Task Insurance Coordinator (attend meetings and be in charge of insurance related concern of clients) Customer Service (follow up payments)

Qualifications: Educational BackgroundCompleted Bachelors Degree in any business or marketing course, or any related field.2.
