A person who provides timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of technical documents supporting project management.
Duties and Responsibilities: Prepares the attached technical reports amddocuments on time, per specification and standards of the client Complies with client and company standards and requirements with regards to quality, format, no. of copies etc, in the submission of documents. Maintains and updates the document status requirement monitor per project. Ensures that past and current documents are complete, organized properly, catalogued, stored and shared for easy access by users. Ensures that client requirements such as submission of project folders right after acceptance activities are consistently met. Answers internal and external communications promptly, professionally. When there are information to be exchanged between the team and the company, ensures that proper and timely dissemination of the information transpires.
Qualifications: Engineering degree or any technical field Work experience in a similar function is an advantage Basic telecommunication knowledge both on wired and wireless Auto CAD and Visio knowledge Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
