Description: Responsible in analyzing and or keying of documents in accordance with the client/project’s specifications -- as well as in achieving and or passing the required standard accuracy & productivity for a given task per project.

Duties and Responsibilities: 1.Analyzes and key documents (e.g. entry or verify) in accordance with the client project’s keying manual/specifications.2.Ensures to meet/achieve the required accuracy rating of the project where he/she is assigned (regardless of the task or type of it).3.Ensures to meet/achieve the required productivity or job rating of the project where he/she is assigned (regardless of the task or type of it). 4.Ensures to meet/achieve the required productivity hours which is at least 6.5 hours/day. 5.Performs other tasks such as quality checking or update task as needed. 6.Coordinates with his/her project leader whenever there are peculiarities of project instruction.7.Reports any system, software, and hardware malfunction to his/her immediate superior, for the latter to coordinate the same either to the Technical or Systems Department.8.Performs other duties as may be assigned to, or required by the job.

Qualifications: •Must have finished at least 2-years in college, graduate of vocational or a graduate of college degree.•Efficient and fast learner.•Has the ability to process a high volume of detailed work in a short time frame (has good speed and accuracy in encoding)•Can type 45 WPM with 98% accuracy•Knows the Proper Home Key Position and can execute it properly•Has a keen eye for details and flexible in shifting schedule Good communication skills•Willing to render Overtime
