Description: As the company embarks on a more aggressive growth towards market leadership, Brand Managers will need support inaccomplishing their day-to-day functions by delegating time-consuming tasks and getting assistance in executingand monitoring projects so they can spend more time in strategic activities. This person will work closely with his/hercategory and brand managers, as well as key members of cross-functional teams including but not limited to R&D, SCD, CAD,ComOps Training, BD and Operations.

Duties and Responsibilities: Provide support to Brand Managers / Sr. Brand Managers in monitoring of job orders, campaign deadlines, and submissions; UAT; PRPO and payment processing; product pullout (MFGR); branch & dealer surveys, coordination with supplier and third-party agencies Preparation of basic New Product Development & Core documents and requests (Ex. IT/CAD JO, PR, payment and sourcing requests, etc.). Execute brand projects and monitor execution, including branch coordination, branch visits and trade checks Facilitate and monitor routing of documents. Manage filing and documentation – packaging compre, FA, packaging copy, etc. Facilitate delivery and monitor implementation of merchandising guidelines Assist in generation and preparation of reports to monitor brand and project performance (Ex. Promo availment), inventory and supply. Help-out in planning, as needed. Assist in crafting promotions, DBF and forecasting. Track category budget
Qualifications: College graduate, preferably of Business/Management-related course, with a balance of good grades and meaningful co-curricular activities Excellent critical and analytical thinking skills Excellent project management skills Good communication skills Good attention to detail Results-oriented Ability to lead self and others Flexible, Creative, resourceful and persistent Well-verse in basic Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint Knowledge in Photoshop and other advanced office applications are a plus
