Grind Tech is an abrasives company serving the construction and industrial industry. We offer competitive abrasive products to cater to hardware dealers and businesses, manufacturers, and end-users in the Philippine market and have been trusted by our clientele for over 50 years. We are currently expanding our operations, and we are seeking an HR Assistant to work in our main office located in Quezon City.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, screen, and endorse applicants
  • Organize and conduct employee trainings
  • Assist in handling other HR functions such as employee benefits, employee relations, etc. 


  • Must be at least a college graduate of any course, preferably in Psychology, Business Management, Human Resources Development Management, or any similar field;
  • With or without work experience;
  • Detail-oriented and a self-starter.
