  • Supports HR functions in orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, and making employees consistently adhere to policies and procedures
  • Verifies correctness of payroll and recommends for approval payroll disbursements.
  • Maintains accounting and operational systems. Constantly looks out for systems that can be adopted by the business towards greater productivity, quality, and better customer satisfaction
  • Can adhere to financial accounting standards. Provides senior management with annual budget information. Monitors revenues and expenses on a daily / weekly / monthly basis. Able to identify variances between actual performance and budget.
  • Maintains cash flow by monitoring bank balances and expiring obligations.
  • Approves cash disbursements by verifying check amounts against invoices, and recommending check payments.
  • Prepare periodic journal or ledger entries (accruals, reclassifications, adjustments). Able to do daily or periodic review of accounting transactions and maintain bookkeeping records.
  • Supports annual audit by providing information and answers to auditors.
  • Maintains financial security by adhering to internal controls.
  • Supports senior management in adhering to all regulatory requirements and tax-related compliance obligations, including devising a roadmap to quickly address outstanding commitments or issues

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in BIR tax Laws & SEC reportorial requirements
  • With strong analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Preferably more than five (3) years of experience in the field of Accounting, Finance and Admin
