Description:
Duties and Responsibilities: Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related field. Work experience for at least 2 years as an HR Specialist or similar role. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to assess and evaluate candidates based on interviews and assessment.
Qualifications: Publishes job ads and contacts shortlisted candidates. Conducts initial interview and administers screening evaluation. Monitors submission of on-boarding requirements till final turn-over of new hires to the requesting department. Maintains personnel records and processes HR related documentation such as: new hire, transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions, resignations, termination and others. Supervises payroll computation and other employee related benefits. Formulates and implements trainings and employee retention program. Develops HR policies and cascades Company Code of Discipline. Plans, coordinates and follows through administrative procedures in the office.
