Duties and Responsibilities: The Management Trainee is expected to perform tasks that will be assigned to him/her by the supervisoraccording to the division he/she is assigned in. Will contribute to the daily operations of the division assigned and work closely with stakeholders to meet goals and targets. Research/study needed information related to projects assigned Collaborate with supervisor on new ideas, and tools to help improve team performance Gain necessary knowledge and skills in preparation to become future leader of the organization Adhere to company policies and regulations Management Trainees and Cadetships are open for the following divisions Strategic Marketing IT

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Studies, Marketing, Mass Communication, Information Technology, Computer Science, or analogous course No work exp/ Fresh grads are encouraged to apply Must be detail-oriented, and proactive Knowledge of current industry trends
