Description: The Finance Staff will be working under the Finance Department and will be responsible for all transactions with the clients.

Duties and Responsibilities: -Send monthly sales reports and billing statements for each client. -Create invoices for sales (wholesale or B2C transactions). -Update accounts receivable database regularly. -Preparation and issuance of Official Receipts(OR). -Calculate, process invoices, verify financial data and provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization. -Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files. -Prepare vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item description, amounts and coding per accounting policies and procedures. -Ensuring that all return refund processes have been processed accordingly. -Files claims as necessary (e.g. damaged package by the courier, lost parcel etc).

Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Accountancy, Business Administration, Commerce or other related field -With background in billing, collection, claims and accounts payable, but not required -Excellent English and Tagalog speaking-listening-writing skills, attention to detail -Knowledge in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet, etc.) -Willing and eager to learn and deliver the extra mile -Ability to work in a fast-moving environment in cross functional team
