Description: Will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets. Will play a crucial role in recruiting, motivating, training, and guiding the sales team to ensure exceptional performance and meet the company's business objectives. You will undergo mentoring in foundations of Financial Services Industry which includes investment management, tax, estate, life insurance, and asset management planning, budgeting and expense management.
Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Team Leadership: Recruit and onboard new sales team members. Set clear performance goals and targets for the team. Provide coaching, guidance, and regular feedback to improve individual and team performance. Foster a positive and motivated work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. 2. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals. Analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities. Create and execute plans to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base. 3. Sales Performance Management: Monitor sales metrics and performance to evaluate team and individual performance. Provide insights and recommendations on sales performance data to drives sales improvement 4. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners. Identify client needs and propose suitable insurance solutions. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial position, leading and managing a group or team. Specialization in Marketing, Financial Services, or any Sales industry. In-depth knowledge and expertise in the insurance or financial services sector will be a strong advantage. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing sales teams. Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies to effectively promote insurance products and services. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. Analytical mindset with the ability to utilize data-driven insights for informed decision-making. A valid insurance license (or willingness to obtain one, if required) to comply with industry regulations.
