Duties and Responsibilities: 1) Maintains accounting records by making necessary copies and filing documents 2) Ensure a systematic and organized document flow both internally and externally by maintaining transmittal records 3) Handle daily deposits and bank passbook updates 4) Coordinate with distributors regarding fulfillment of deliveries to key accounts 5) Assist in data encoding of trade expenses and analysis thereof 6) Keeps minutes of the department meetings 7) Protects organization's values by keeping information confidential

Qualifications: - highly motivated, productive, honest and dependable - attention to detail and accuracy is required - systematic and organized - ability to work independently and willing to work extended hours
