Description: Performs sales activities together with his or her Sales Agents. Reviews progress and assures accurate reporting and handling of sales leads through daily and weekly recaps. Assist each member of the Unit in negotiations and closing of prospective sales. Develops specific plans to ensure quotas are achieved. Ensures that the Sales processes, documentary requirements of Franchise and PCFI are properly communicated to the buyers. Ensures that all his/her sales agents are aware of the Status of each closed account until move-in. Keeps an updated record of the same. Assist the Agents and Buyers in sales activities, discussion of Financing schemes, tripping to site or visit to Franchise Hub. Regularly coordinate with Support Teams to ensure problems are addressed at the least possible time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Assertive, dynamic, entrepreneurial, and goal-oriented achievers College graduates have good interpersonal and communication skills, motivated, team players, flexible pleasing personality; are great at networking and maintaining client relationships At least 3 years of solid sales experience preferably in a real estate industry with consistent sales achievement in meeting quota With advanced knowledge in sales techniques and capability to teach these to his/her sales team members People oriented with solid background in handling sales teams and developing top caliber sales people. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications; Internet savvy Must be willing to undergo a Comprehensive Training Program
