Description: Promotes and provides affordable credit to the client and help them expand their present business activities and increase their income. Responsible for the generation and monitoring of Microfinance Loan Accounts using effective tools and techniques provided by the management.
Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Analyze potential Microfinance Loan markets to find opportunities to promote loans and financial services 2. Ensure loan applications are complete and correct prior to processing of loans 3. Verify and conduct Credit Background Investigation 4. Loan Presentation to the Branch Relations Manager 5. Prepares all the Loan Documents prior to Loan disbursements 6. Assist in Loan Releases 7. Conducts Client Visit 8. Prepares Reports needed by Supervisor 9. Keeps and maintain all Credit Loan files orderly 10. Ensures 100 percent on time collection of loan amortization 11. Sends Demand Letters accordingly 12. Gives suggestion and recommendation for the enhancement and growth of Microfinance Loan Program. 13. Promotes other bank product and services
Qualifications: Graduated of any business course or related
Requirements: -Ability to respond to common and complex problems. -Ability to take initiative & utilize sound judgement in decision-making & diplomacy. -Ability to work in a team environment with a positive manner. Flexibility towards work. -Must be customer-oriented -Highly conscious of security controls to safekeep money and records in custody -Has a neat and clean appearance as well as maintains an organized work area -Computer literate
