Description: Pag-asa Steel seeks motivated HR Staff who will be responsible for performing recruitment activities, scheduling of interviews, coordinating and implementing activities related to employee benefits, services, company-sponsored activities and the administrative requirements of the company, and providing first aid and attending to the medical needs of the employees.
Pag-asa Steel seeks motivated HR Staff who will be responsible for performing recruitment activities, scheduling of interviews, coordinating and implementing activities related to employee benefits, services, company-sponsored activities and the administrative requirements of the company, and providing first aid and attending to the medical needs of the employees.
Duties and Responsibilities: Receiving Personnel Requisition and seeking approval of the HR Manager and Chief Operations Officer Posting of job advertisements through website, bulletin boards, PSW gates, online, newspaper, barangay and municipalities of Pasig City, as well as at various schools Participating and joining in different job fairs Conducting paper and phone screenings of applicants, performing initial interviews, scheduling and checking of exams, and arranging interviews to supervisors, managers, COO, and/or COE Receiving and checking of pre-employment documents submitted by applicants Assisting the Human Resource Head in conducting the new employee orientation, and performing on-boarding tasks Coordinating and assisting employees in preparing and filing of applications to BIR, SSS, and Philhealth Coordinating, checking and overseeing the medical and hospitalization benefits and needs of the employees Performing first aid to employees requiring emergency treatment Performing clerical works such as typing, filing, entertaining visitors, answering telephone calls, and the like Performing other related tasks that may be assigned by supervisor
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Nursing, or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant prior experience At least, one to two years in personnel and administrative work Knowledge in recruitment, records management, and common office procedures Knowledge and understanding of Philippine Labor Laws, company rules and regulations, and personnel policy Knowledge in first-aid interventions Strong verbal and written communication skills Service orientation, outstanding interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently Project management, risk management, and time management skills Ability to multi-task, adapt, and learn quickly Superior organization skills and attention to detail Drive, motivation, and positive attitude (willingness to accept feedback, learn, and improve) Integrity, excellence, professionalism, and teamwork Experience as a licensed nurse a bonus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and email software mandatory, experience with ERP software a plus
