Duties and Responsibilities:
The Client Servicing Officer facilitates the end-to-end processing of all client reimbursements and hospital bills in VIZMIN.
Manages the client accounts and ensures that they are provided relevant information regarding their submitted claims (if processed, returned, rejected or partially processed)
Ensures that the client is guided through the whole process of filing, up to payment or non-payment of claims. In cases of disapproved claims, the CSO shall re-evaluate all rejected claims prior to appeal; and resubmit case for appeal to Claims Review Committee if warranted.
Graduate of NURSING or allied medical course
With HMO/insurance experience is an advantage
Prior experience in a customer service role in a call centre setting is required
Good communication skills both oral and written
Highly organized so as to be able to manage multiple group and member accounts efficiently
Strong organizational and decision-making skills
Clerical, Creative, Teamwork, Self-Management, Critical Thinking, Adaptability/Flexibility, Fast Learner
