Collects past due payments from customers and provide accurate and immediate response/solutions to transaction and service requests

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collects past due payments from customers
  • Call customers and process requests regarding their account
  • Services internal and external clients and customers
  • Provides callers with an alternative sites for information
  • Manages client’s expectations and provides a positive experience for the customer
  • Displays the company’s Voice of the Brand in all call interactions


  • College graduate or at least 2 years in College
  • With at least 6 months collections experience in a call center
  • Good command of the English language
  • Results driven and with good customer service skills
  • Multitasking ability required
