Description: Project Manager is responsible for planning, execution and closing of a project ensuring efficient management of a project consistent with company strategy, commitments and goals. Project Planning 1.Determine Management needs and expectations2.Prioritize demands3.Establish clear set of project goals4.Sequence activities to meet delivery dates5.Produce detailed project schedule6.Determine type, quantity and quality of resources required7.Allocate resources and establish resource schedule8.Determine budget and create financial plan9.Define quality expectations and targets10.Identify techniques for quality control and develop quality plan11.Map risks, identify contingency actions and develop risk plan12.Clarify completion criteria for each deliverable and develop acceptance plan13.Identify external supplies required and develop procurement plan14.Assemble project team Project Execution 1.Implement project plans to achieve deliverables2.Monitor and control project deliverables3.Manage timelines4.Manage costs5.Assure and control quality6.Suggest and implement modifications to project scope, deliverables, timelines and resources7.Track and monitor procurement8.Prepare and present project status reports to Management9.Support and direct project teamProject Closure1.Ensure project completion criteria have been met2.Obtain Management approval for final deliverables3.Present final project report4.Handover project documentation5.Release project resources6.Conduct project review7.Evaluate performance against defined project goals
