Description: Facilities Supervisor is responsible in supervising and overseeing operation, all activities related in operation,sustenance power in operations, air-condition, ventilation, ammonia system, compressors, and the like in all areaswithin controlled specifications.
Facilities Supervisor is responsible in supervising and overseeing operation, all activities related in operation,sustenance power in operations, air-condition, ventilation, ammonia system, compressors, and the like in all areaswithin controlled specifications.
Duties and Responsibilities: Ensures that Facilities and Maintenance activities are carried out Job delegation for every technician based on the received Job Order Leads facilities technicians in their daily work schedule, provide daily work plans and ensure that all works are being done as schedule. Supervise and oversees operation, all activities related in operation, sustenance power in operation, air-condition, ventilation, ammonia system, compressors etc. to all areas within controlled specifications Evaluates and trouble shoots equipment condition during operation breakdown or malfunction using established troubleshooting procedure to determine the cause of such and makes the necessary repair and prevent re-occurrence. Monitors closely utilities supplied to production areas to ascertain that such conforms to set specification in terms of temperature, relative humidity, flow pressure, power requirements and the like. Performs corrective measures should deviation from set specification is manifested. Records all repairs and maintenance work done on the equipment and facilities, including spare parts, materials and supplies used for purposes of monitoring and analyzing equipment performance, inventory control and maintaining an accurate data base. Schedule preparation of preventive maintenance, weekly schedule, weekend activities and holiday activities.
Qualifications: Must be a graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering graduate. With at least three (3) years’ experience in related work. Knowledge and experience in Cold Storage Refrigeration System is a primary requirement. Hardworking, patient, persevering and can work with minimum supervision Computer literate
