Description: This position is to provide technical services to maintain existing account and working with the Technical Services Department in Singapore for any technical support to delight our customers. To seek opportunities to expand the business and to support the sales team with technical documents.
This position is to provide technical services to maintain existing account and working with the Technical Services Department in Singapore for any technical support to delight our customers. To seek opportunities to expand the business and to support the sales team with technical documents.
Duties and Responsibilities: Communicate with Customer on the treatment program updates / activities Understand Plant Operations for program review/application and analyze plant data Send Service Reports to clients on treatment programs and ensure sufficient chemical stock at site Communicate with Service Technicians (if any) on site activities and supervise their tasks Regularly update program KPI to Technical Services Department (TSD). Seek troubleshooting techniques from TSD for any upsets /technical assistance needed if KPI is not achieved. Ensure Dorf Ketal Service model is being followed at client location Report to Account Manager on customer activity, business situation and technical information about program. Send daily and monthly reports to the service manager on day-to-day activities Seek Business Opportunities at client location and communicate with client on the progress Work on Proposal , necessary technical and program application documents needed for new business opportunities Implement Sales Model with the Sales team for closing new business opportunity
Qualifications: Bachelor degree in chemical engineering
Requirements: Preferably 1-2 years’ experience in O&G industry. Fresh graduate will be considered Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels Proficient in written and spoken English Strong organisational skills Proactive, independent, meticulous and possess initiatives Ability to multi-task and a team player Able to work independently with minimum guidance. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
