Description: Contribute as a Software Engineer, QA Engineer and Support Engineer. Collaborate and work with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams across the globe. Contribute to productivity & delivery by: Having awareness on team level. Having the ability to plan and prioritize own tasks. This means balancing quality of work and meeting deadlines. Participate in agile development activities (e.g. daily stand-ups, iteration/sprint planning, iteration/sprint retrospectives, etc) by understanding and practicing agile methodologies and techniques. Be prepared to work outside of their specialization at any time when doing so would provide the greatest progress towards the team goal. Be willing to expand skill set to increase value to the team. Be comfortable with being open and honest towards the team. Regard one’s self as accountable to each member of the team. Promote team collaboration and open communication in the workplace.
