An Account Officer manages the servicing of corporate accounts. They coordinate directly with the client's Human Resources personnel regarding concerns the members may have.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive, process and resolve client's concers by personally meeting with them or by written correspondence while making sure that all communications to and from the client is coursed through him
  • Coordinate/liaise with other departments for resolution of client concerns and the prevention of similar issues from recurring.


  • Graduate of a Business/Science course or any related course
  • Work experience in the same field is an advantage
  • Personal character
    • Is detailed-oriented
    • Is neat and professionally presentable


  • Possesses excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Possesses excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Possesses strong analytical skills
  • Is computer literate
  • Is creative and innovative
