Description: To provide technical expertise in efficiently managing LMFE requirements as implemented in all relevant digital channels to generate the necessary impact and awareness for LMFE brands inducing preference. To provide creative expertise in developing relevant and cut-through executions that will grab immediate attention and induce purchase of LMFE products.
Duties and Responsibilities: SALES FUNCTION: Answer all consumer inquiries 1-2 minutes right after the inquiries have been posted from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Autoreply will be set from 5:00 PM onwards to respond immediately to inquiries posted after office hours on weekdays and during weekends/holidays. Also answer consumer inquiries through phone call. Manage LMFE Website, Lazada and Shopee: 1) Direct Online Orders: take orders, process payment and delivery of orders on the same day. Follow through with consumer their respective orders have been received as scheduled. 2) Lazada and Shopee Orders: take orders, coordinate with Ms. Lyka for schedule of Courier’s pick up, process the airway bills and hand them over to Ms. Lendy to process Delivery Receipts. Requests pictures of packed orders from Warehouse Team and send them to the buyers for updates. Build strong relationships with clients or customers. Monitors competitors’ marketing activities and SRPs online. Monitors LMFE Website for inquiries and updates. MARKETING FUNCTION: a. Develop and create creative content to be used to promote marketing programs like online and retail promos, brand announcements, brand benefit ads, content for platforms like You Tube, TikTok, etc. as the need arises. b. Manage Facebook pages and Instagram Account of various brands: Chamdiz Sparkling Drink, Aragon Red Wine, Maes Bonapi Honey, and M. Busto Apple Cider Vinegar. c. Handles Ads postings and boosting. Constantly refresh or boost posts of various brands to keep the interest of the netizens high in inducing purchase. d. Manage and ensure that the digital marketing calendar is being followed. e. Make sure that the LMFE Website and LMFE Online Retail Store are updated with the products’ information. f. New creative executions should be enhanced monthly or following certain seasons or occasions. This should be collaborated with the Digital Marketing Officer. g. Implement Digital Promos being conducted by each brand. h. Monitor the performance of the Digital Marketing Programs being implemented in terms of creative impact to netizens and sales offtake of featured brands. Metrics will be set and reported monthly.

Qualifications: College Graduate of any of the following: IT-related courses like Computer Science, Advertising or Communication Arts/ Marketing. Has experience in Creative Writing and Content Creation. Fluent in written and spoken English. Must have in-depth knowledge and understanding of SEO, Social Media Platforms, and other digital communication channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok, Google+, Viber, Emails, etc.) Updated in Online Trends, assertive, learns and works fast. Creative, Innovative and Pro-active. Knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Lightroom, Canva or SketchUp. Experience in Online marketing, Digital marketing, or related fields is an advantage
