Duties and Responsibilities: -Identifying opportunities on which to submit bids and feeding into the decision over to bid for the work.-Devising a successful strategy for winning a bid, including pinpointing the unique selling point of DBOS, Inc., operating & profit margins and understanding the client’s specific requirements.-Must liaison with cost accountant/ cost engineer / estimators who computes the price section of a bid-Must liaison with quality writers who prepare the written section of a submission-Must liaison with operational staff involved in the day-to-day running of the resulting contract if the bid is successful.-Ensures the final submitted bid is clear, concise, consistent & fully compliant with the needs of the client.-Ensures bids are successful at a price at which the organization can make a profit.-Assessing and addressing the technical & commercial risks relating to the bid being work on.-Managing budgets and track costs-Negotiating with specialist suppliers of subcontractors-Responding to clients’ and management queries before, during & after the bid has been submitted-If the bid is successful, briefing the teams who will carry out the project work.

Qualifications: -Male/ Female-With vast experience in handling government biddings-Willing to learn Company’s Vast products; Commercial thinking-Good with numbers, processes involve for the product bided-Can understand & interpret correctly the requirement of the bid.-Must be able to think clearly & quickly, be motivational firm-Must remain calm under pressure.-With Good Teamworking Skills
