Description: Counsel and assist students to make best informed decisions Follow up on student inquiries, applications, and acceptance Follow up on student acceptance and achieve set targets and increase student recruitment numbers. Maintain database everyday and up to date Handles all office administrative matters and maintain proper records and fillings of student files. Develop and enhance counselling services Attend to potential client feedbacks, inquiries, and complaints in an appropriate and prompt manner and adhere to service standards.
Duties and Responsibilities: Counseling Ensure a proper counseling and conversion systems in place. Counsel and assist students to make best informed decisions Events Coordinate with institution partners and vendors Plan, organize, and coordinate education exhibitions Plan marketing and media strategy, work with in house design team Coordinate and support activities, including management of social media and corporate website. Managing cost and marketing budget Key liaison between institution and vendors. Public Relation Build relationship with representatives from institution Develop and maintain relationship with any special group such as students, clubs and associations. Liaison person with local partners and sub agents. Visit schools, agents and universities and build relationships with principals and counsellors. Marketing Document and implement local marketing plan and budget. Handle all events and activities logistics. Organize and coordinate in house interview sessions. Promote and create awareness and publicize interview sessions Handle and carry out sales and marketinga activities such as education in house intervies, presentations, direct mailing activities and logistics Promote and market education and institution. Identify new markets.Obtain and update market intelligence.

Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Business Studies or Administration, Management, Marketing, Humanities, Liberal Arts, Psychology, Education, or equivalent Must be able to speak English and Filipino At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required. Ammenable to report on site during operating hours.
