Duties and Responsibilities: Technical support and assistance to clients and other members of the Sales and Marketing Department Acts as point person to all professional organizations regarding product registration and evaluation Responsible for the training of newly-hired technical sales associates through technical lectures and hands-on product training Assists clients in their internal quality control programs through product presentations and hands-on training Addresses client’s concern and technical inquiries on products Performs research and evaluation of potential products for acquisition Conducts troubleshooting, performance evaluation, and/or annual calibration of client’s equipment Participates in conventions that promote company’s products Participates in invitational speaking engagements organized by different universities, government agencies, and private sectors
Qualifications: Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology/ Biology/ Chemistry or other equivalent courses; Experience in technical sales or related quality control functions is a plus; Candidate must be highly independent, self-driven and output oriented; Good PR and business communication skills; Computer literate: knowledgeable in MS Office.
