Duties and Responsibilities: Answering employee questions Processing incoming mail Creating and distributing documents Providing customer service to organization employees Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets Participating in recruitment efforts Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process Collecting employment and tax information Ensuring background and reference checks are completed Preparing new employee files Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.) Conducting benefit enrollment process Administering new employment assessments Serving as a point person for all new employee questions
Qualifications: Must be a graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, or any other HR-related field Must have at least 6 months of working experience in Recruitment and/or Labor Relations Having experience in volume hiring is an advantage Highly-organized and detail-oriented Writes above average business correspondence With good interpersonal communication skills Must be willing to do field work, if necessary Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply Candidates must be amenable to work on Mondays to Saturdays
