The Senior Supply Chain Analyst is a highly analytical individual whose primary focus and skill set supports data analysis to facilitate short and long-term planning and KPI’s monitoring.
This individual is mainly responsible for planning of assigned SKU’s making sure to bring enough inventory without sacrificing the company service level and ITO
Duties and Responsibilities: Planning Perform planning task of assigned commodity for manufacturing location and distribution center. Release purchase orders to suppliers and monitor delivery schedule Monitor inventory of assigned commodity and keep the inventory turns (ITO) at the required monthly target. Analytics Collect and analyse supply chain data and develop reports and analysis leading to DPO, Leadtime and Service Level improvements. Analyzes and tracks orders versus marketing forecast and finished goods inventory Supplier Management Measure and analyse direct and indirect materials supplier performance. Release the month supplier performance questionnaire to stakeholders Perform other task and back-up support as requested by local superior or POC’s.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in any engineering field At least 4 to 6 years experience in a production and operations management which includes knowledge of production control processes and systems including purchasing, forecasting, planning, scheduling and shipping and receiving in an JDE MRP environment. Proficient in MS Excel (including pivot tables), MS Access, and MS PowerPoint Well-developed analytical skills, articulate, innovative and confident Flexible, able to work on own initiative, deal with more than one project at a time, can work under pressure and tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks accordingly Strong communication skills, verbal and written
