Our tax services team is responsible for providing both individual and corporate
clients with valuable compliance and consulting expertise, business advisory on
industry best practices, tax accounting and global mobility services. The tax services
team stays up-to-date and understands legislative changes while simultaneously being
able to identify unique opportunities to help clients minimize their tax liabilities.
•The position is responsible for maintaining good client relations
from client intake through finalization of tax returns
•Prepare and review client intake questionnaires performs follow-up with clients on a timely basis
•Complete tax return preparation in a timely fashion and submitting returns for review and approval
based on agreed upon completion times
•Demonstrate the ability to identify and seek out opportunities to improve overall service delivery
to clients.
•Participate in global weekly work log calls, provides detailed and latest status updates to the team
and completes open/follow-up items timely
•Focus on building and managing relationships with existing clients.
•Position will be based in Ortigas Center, Metro Manila, with flexible schedules and non- “graveyard shift” hours
•Assist with the preparation of accurate tax advice.
•Identify consulting opportunities from tax returns and communications with clients.
•Management of own client compliance workflow to adhere to KPIs and turnaround times (internal and external).
•Assist with the billing process for clients and highlight in advance out of scope work or consulting opportunities
that would generate additional fees from the client.

Duties and Responsibilities:


•Accounting graduate with 0-2 years’ experience as Accounting Associate knowledge and interest of Philippine and US tax code
•Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
•Prior experience with tax advisory, consulting and preparation, preferably with a large or regional accounting firm
•Strong interpersonal skills ability to develop excellent client relations proficiency with tax preparation software
ability to plan and manage own time
•Flexibility with work schedules and servicing global clients
