Description: To provide accurate, transparent, and timely financial analysis and strategic insight to support SBU leadership in the decision making process.
To provide accurate, transparent, and timely financial analysis and strategic insight to support SBU leadership in the decision making process.
Duties and Responsibilities: Generate and collate financial data in preparation of management financial reports. Preparation of breakdown of revenue and income needed by operations for analysis and review of store performance. Review of Monthly Sales Report in submission to SBU Department Heads. Provide financial results for the preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Operation or Store Business Review. Generate and review store expenses occupancy, utilities and others for accrual and adjustments. Provides accrual entries for cost and expense accounts based on schedule and analysis. Review Request for Payments, Cash Advances and Liquidations for FBPs approval. Prepare and submit Monthly SBU Sales Forecast vs Actual Sales Report to FBP. Closely monitoring of newly opened stores to update Store Network and billings for franchisees. Provide financial data for CAPEX post investment review.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Accounting or its Equivalent.
