Duties and Responsibilities: · Manages and implements the safety of every worker on site and ensures that everyone is practicing safety all the time. · Maintain housekeeping and tidiness of the project site. · Supervises, plans and controls activities of equipment and manpower on site. · Reviews and studies construction plans, specifications and drawings including but not limited to its constructability on site. · Prepares the construction schedule in accordance to the general schedule of general contractor and propose measures to attain the target. · Supervises and controls the quality of work of all the subcontractors. · Reports issues and problems encountered on site and propose solutions to management for discussion. · Coordinates with the general contractor for ongoing and projected activities on site particularly construction of dike and sheet pile driving. · Coordinates with Equipment Coordinator regarding the equipment requirements especially those units that require urgent repairs. · Monitors proper utilization of materials and ensures that there are no pilferages being practiced on site. · Prepares and logs daily activity report and site progress photos. · Reviews and approves the daily time records of all workers including work overtime and make sure that there is no padding. · Evaluates and certifies accomplishment of subcontractor prior to release of payments. · Prepares estimates. · Takes daily photos of ongoing activities and related works for submission to general contractor. · Perform other task which may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications: · Willing to be assigned on any project location · Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering · Licensed Civil Engineer · Must be knowledgeable in MS Office · Must be keen to details · Strong verbal and written communication skills
