Duties and Responsibilities: · Assist in conceptualizing ad and promo activities and materials that will be implemented throughout the year. · Preparing and recommending a detailed budget and timeline for each promotional event/activity · Will lead in keeping an inventory of all promotional materials and ensure that inventories are sufficient to meet demands of promotional activities. · Will lead in tracking the implementation of the various ad and promo activities vs budget, and feeds back to the Marketing Manager/VP, Sales and Marketing any variances vs. budget. · Monitoring the Company’s fake wires campaign and trademark. · Come-up with methodologies to gauge effectiveness of different ad and promo. · Conceptualize, recommend and once approved implement the digital marketing strategy and programs for the organization and maintain Phelps Dodge Website, E-marketing and Social Media accounts and other aspects of digital marketing. · Monitor digital marketing activities of our competitors. · Monitor customer/consumer feedback on digital marketing media and act to resolve these. · Plan for the continuous upgrade/update of the website and strategize to drive/increase traffic to our website. · Analyze appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and act on the information.

Qualifications: · Candidate must be a graduate of Business Studies, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Economics, Public Relations and Management or its equivalent from a reputable University/College · Significant advantage- at least two (2) years of significant experience. · Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and MS Office Applications particularly Excel. · Good technical writing and public communication skills. · Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge. · Knowledge in network security. · Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition · Experience in website analytics. · One (1) Full - Time position available.
