Description:

• Attends to inquiries of members or clients and processes their transaction. (i.e. membership application or updating or termination, loan application, withdrawal, processing of CWSLAI ID, Updating of Passbook, etc.)
• Scans and transmits signature cards or MUF and other documents to Head Office.
• Conducts or Assists or Participates in Marketing Activities (Information Drive or Flyering)
• Act as custodian of unreleased CWSLAI IDs, Passbooks, etc.
• Performs daily bank transactions
• Performs administrative functions (i.e. notary, bill payment, courier acts, registration and maintenance of office, company vehicle, etc.)
• Ensures the confidentiality of matters about the company and the members in accordance with the existing laws (i.e. R.A. 8367, Bank Secrecy, Data Privacy, CISA, AMLA, etc.)
• Other tasks that the Management would assign to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the CWSLAI Office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Graduate of any business-related courses
• Preferably Can drive 4wheel and 2wheel Vehicles with Professional Drivers License
