Description: In this role, you will work as part of Management Strategies in providing all necessary support to successfully manage and coordinate learning programs (virtual, hybrid and/or face-to-face) within the timelines and specifications. You will take direction from engagement managers, program leads, and client contacts in preparing all required materials and platforms to run programs smoothly according to Management Strategies’ standards.

You will take direction from engagement managers, program leads, and client contacts in preparing all required materials and platforms to run programs smoothly according to Management Strategies’ standards.
Duties and Responsibilities: For F2F program coordination & implementation: Pre-Program Coordinates with Engagement Manager, Lead Facilitator, and Client on logistical requirements Prepares and packs program materials in the office, and transport on program day as scheduled Conducts site visits and safety checks Organizes staff meeting for team building engagements as needed Manages program budget as necessary On Program Day Arranges coordination for logistics and third party suppliers if applicable Supervises set-up of equipment and activity materials Takes photos of the set-up, facilitating team and activities Supports the facilitating team to ensure smooth program delivery Supervises dismantling of equipment and pack-up all materials Post-Program Arranges program debrief session (ideally immediately after the program) and takes notes on strengths & development areas Collects any relevant program documentation and uploads to the program folder in Google Drive Ensures final version of program design with logistics are uploaded to Google Drive Conducts inventory and facilitates return of materials to the Office Manages liquidation or reimbursement as necessary

Qualifications: For virtual program coordination & implementation: Pre-Program Coordinates with Lead Facilitator, and Client on technology requirements Prepares platform set-up (either in Zoom, MS Teams or Gmeet) and links to online applications to be used if applicable On Program Day Takes direction from the Lead Facilitator to successfully manage technical requirements of virtual program including ushering in participants, taking class photos, managing breakout rooms, and sharing relevant links during the call Attends to technological challenges as they arise Takes note of strengths and development areas observed in the program Post-Program Share observations and feedback to the facilitating team Collects any relevant program documentation and uploads to the program folder in Google Drive
