Duties and Responsibilities: The Compliance Associate shall assist the Risk & Compliance Department in the following: Regulatory Compliance Coordinates and interacts regularly with regulatory government agencies to abide with its legal and regulatory requirements on Data Privacy Act, Anti-Money Laundering Act, Insurance Commission, Corporate Governance Corporate Compliance Provides administrative support by implementing systems, procedures, and policies necessary to the company. Support on client related requirements and documents. Issuing advisories and updates on regulations. Develop educational or awareness materials for compliance. Conducts general compliance awareness training. Contract Review Assist the Risk & Compliance Manager in reviewing the following contracts and ensures that privacy, security, and compliance requirements are included. Documentation, Record and File Keeping Primary responsible in filing and safekeeping of all Risk & Compliance related documents.

Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in information technology, social science, business management or equivalent. At least 1 year or working experience in the related field. FRESH GRADUATES are welcome to apply.
