Description: Develops initiatives for continuous business process improvements Develops best practices for business process improvements Designs, develops and implements business processes to achieve organization goals Tracks and communicates status of business initiative projects to management Assists in budget planning, resource allocation, and schedules to implement process improvements Plans, implements and monitors business process changes for projects Assists in making business decisions relating to system implementation, modification, maintenance, etc. Develops and maintains business process documentations that will be used as reference for preparing test cases, training documents, etc. Updates business processes to meet changing business needs Present analyses, solutions and business cases to senior management Coordinates with cross-functional team to develop business process requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Have at least 2 years of industry experience in governance, process frameworks, leading process improvements/standards/etc for an IT service delivery industry Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Accountancy, or any related field that would manifest his/her passion or dedication in driving business processes Familiarity about Industry process frameworks and other standards e.g. ISO QMS, CMMI, ITIL/ITSM, COBIT, PMBOK, Agile, etc Will aid in process improvement/s initiative; ready to roll up his/her sleeves when necessary Should be familiar w/ a process improvement lifecycle and can manage all levels of stakeholders
