Duties and Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including online job portals, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract potential candidates. Screening and Selection: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist qualified candidates for further evaluation by the hiring managers. Interviewing: Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit with the company. On-boarding: Liaising with the licensing team and the hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition of the candidates until they are successfully on-boarded in the company. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide regular updates on recruitment progress, nurturing candidates during the transition, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in recruitment in any field is an advantage. Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms is an advantage. Strong interviewing and assessment skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
