Duties and Responsibilities:


- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology/ Nutritionist or equivalent. With experience in Food Development and Manufacturing.
- Female 25 to 35 years old.
- Has jobs experience in food production and development especially in snack food.
- Resourceful, creative, inventive and innovative.
- Create and develop new products and product varieties, run trials, and prepare new product costing.
- Document new product process, design and standardize procedure to ensure consistency, quality, and safety.
- Oversee testing of shelf life of new/refined product formulation. Research method to extend to extend shelf life of existing and new products.
- Recommend and source suppliers of materials/ingredients for products being sourced or developed.
- Select and test sample products, raw materials, ingredients, packaging and other product specifications from suppliers/manufacturers.
- Documentations, Certifications and research Development.
- Familiar with FDA product registration processes
- Familiar with the different food manufacturing equipments.
- Knowledge of suppliers of new materials.
- Compensation is negotiable.
