Description: This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Supervisor at Aljeron Medical located in Mandaluyong. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building out our sales and marketing strategy, sales forecasting reports, and sales pipeline. You will then monitor our sales performance with the goal of expanding our company's market share. Your collaborative nature and will help you succeed when coordinating with external distributors and internal sales and marketing teams.

Duties and Responsibilities: Maintaining accurate records and preparing bidding documents Reaching monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Promoting and selling the companys products through daily hospital coverage Arranging appointments with doctors, end-users, administrative hospital staff, and other key decision-makers to organize product presentations Building and maintaining positive working relationships with clients negotiating contracts Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices participating in professional society conventions and exhibits Creating demand and increasing awareness by emphasizing the need for core products.
Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a bachelors degree With at least 3 to 5 years of experience leading a team in the field of medical equipment; With experience handling government accounts and tenders. Must be able to train, coach, and motivate the sales force to perform effectively the duties and responsibilities. Know how to handle existing accounts and maintain professional relationships with KOLs. Must be results-oriented and have a strong motivation to hit targets. Skills required good leadership, sales planning, execution skills, excellent product presentation, and management skills. Preferably a resident in the following areas: NCR District 1, NCR District 2, NCR District 3, NCR District 4, Central Luzon
