Duties and Responsibilities:

Reporting to Regional Search Manager (Philippines), you will be responsible for

  • Working on the development of Lazada paid online marketing channels including Search Engine Marketing (SEM) as part of the PHilippine Online Marketing team, for the regional online marketing team (based in Bangkok)
  • Optimizing Google Adwords campaigns with budgets among the largest in Southeast Asia.
  • Coordinating with different internal teams including Category Managers, Merchandisers, and Designers to deliver the right marketing message.
  • Managing online marketing paid budgets and reports on your channel in order to drive recommendations and improvements for all relevant business units.
  • Keeping abreast of current SEM optimization strategies and methods. You will have the chance to be in contact with Bing and Google to test and implement latest Google technology Automation, Mobile Expansion, and Dynamic Search & Display Remarketing.
  • Involvement in any ad-hoc projects in coordination with Heads of Online Marketing.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess the following background

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills and excellent communication skills in persuading and collaborating with divers, multi-functional teams
  • High attention to details and very good business/marketing sense
  • Familiar or keen to learn Excel
  • Ability to solve problems, prioritize tasks and manage multiple and complex projects under deadline, budget and targets pressure
  • Educated to Bachelor's degree level preferably in Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related majors
