Work Environment
Duties and Responsibilities: Ensures the accuracy and timely processing of orders. Correctly encoded orders to the Accounting system. DOUBLE CHECKS CLIENTS ACCOUNT STATUS AND APPLY STRICTLY WITHIN THE AGREED TERMS. Handle orders by telephone, email or mail and check that CORRECT PRICING and PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS are considered. Timely Informs customers of any delays and arrange alternative delivery dates in case of problem or difficulty. Telemarketing, to follow up their orders and projected requirements. Drafts sales quotation subject to product line managers’ approval. Prepares sales contract for machinery. Collaborates with other departments transactions related to sales. Contact the technical department, for example, to deal with any product or technical queries. Maintains sales records as a basis for reports to the senior management team.
Qualifications: College level and at least one year progressively responsible for the Sales and Service cycle but not limited to marketing experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Associate degree and\or higher education experience preferred. Ability to communicate effectively. Experience with computerized accounting systems. Proficiency with PC’s and associated software applications.
Requirements: Ability to extend working hours as needed. Subject to a criminal background check prior to employment
