Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales Generation

Address gaps and opportunities to ensure attainment of objectives.
Ensures on time implementation and excellent execution of Cycle Plans and other initiatives that drive Visibility and Sales
Ensures proper maintenance and optimum deployment of trade assets and Point of Sale materials to the trade together with the
Trade Marketing and Admin Supervisor (TMAS) and the 3rd Party Merchandising Project Supervisor or Field Execution
 Supervisor (FES).
 

Customer Management

Act as the face of the Distributor in the trade in an ethical and professional manner
Ensure that quality of service at the highest level by the distributor through regular customer visits
Gather feedback from trade customers to further improve services and execution of trade activities

Sales Reporting and analysis

Ensure sales data integrity & date care are timely and accurately encoded
Ensures proper monitoring, interpretation, and gap analysis of sales data using the available system tools and
 communicates it to the sales team
Provides consolidated evaluation and feedback to TMAS and Area Sales Manager of all activities performed in the trade.

Training

Identify development needs and opportunities of Lead Store and ensure appropriate actions are taken to address these.
Customer Satisfaction, Cash Flow Management, Route Management GWP



Business Development

Execute business development projects, creating awareness and sustaining demand in emerging channels
Make recommendations to BDM/ GTM / OM / ASM concerning the additional business potential sighted in the assigned area.

Others

Adheres to employee code of conduct and company policies including Milk Code
Complies with all company safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures including legal regulations
 and specific client safety, health, and environment regulations
Performs any functions as maybe assigned by the Business Development Manager & General Trade Manager

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4 year course
  • Willing to work in shifting schedule
  • With or without experience
